Our refund policy:
Sorry. No refunds are given UNLESS materials arrive in damaged or defective condition. In that case, we will either refund or replace the order when notified within 30 days of shipping. For UPS orders, as well as all international orders, please keep all packaging materials and contact ARCHERS via email for further instructions. For domestic orders sent via the postal service, you may simply send the materials back if damaged or defective, and indicate whether you prefer replacement or refund. ^back up
